内容記述 本研究では,人間の心拍変動から読み取れるストレスに着目し,RRI データを用いて鉄道サービスにおけ
るストレス軽減効果を定量的に評価した.ストレス軽減効果を期待する施策として,女性専用車両の乗車
時とノイズキャンセリングシステムの使用時の2 つを評価対象として研究を進めた.ストレスの定量的評価手
法には,RRIの中央値を用いたストレス総量の算出とローレンツプロット面積法を用いたストレスの変動特
性についての検討を行った.その結果,女性専用車両とノイズキャンセリングシステム使用時のストレス軽
減効果について,生体が被るストレス総量や強度の観点より定量的に推定することができた.This study quantitatively assesses stress relief effect in railway services by using RRI data derived from human heart rate variability.
