内容記述 本論文では,関数展開法に基づくトポロジー最適化を用いて,波長多重伝送に用いられる3波長分離素子の最適設計を行っている.ここでは,3つの出力ポートに対してそれぞれ異なる波長の光を分離させるような3波長分離素子の最適化を行っている.最適化により得られる構造は,最適化の初期条件やパラメータに依存する.ここでは,まず初期条件による違いについて検討し,各波長の規格化透過パワーが90%程度の特性の構造を得ている.次に,通過帯域において広帯域で平坦な特性を得るための検討を行った.最後に,構造表現に用いる関数系の違いによる最適化結果の違いについても示す.
