内容記述 In the previous paper, we reported the optimum operation scheduling method which could satisfy the constraints of primal energy supply and NO_2 emission for every kind of energy and every area. In this paper, our method is expanded to satisfy the minimum start-up time which is needed for a thermal unit when it starts-up again.
