In this paper, our method is expanded to satisfy the minimum start-up time which is needed for a thermal unit when it starts-up again. Furthermore, our method is improved to reduce calculating error arising from our approximate method which ignored the upper and lower limits of outputs of generating units. The new calculating method is applied to the model system, and we show that the simple priority method can not give the optimum operating pattern. Finally, we show the appropriateness of our method by comparing our operating results with those of considering the nitrogen oxides removal systems.}, pages = {41--50}, title = {一次エネルギーの供給制約及び環境規制を考慮した電力系統の最適運用計画 (第4報)* -最小停止時間の制約を考慮する場合-}, volume = {14}, year = {1982} }
