| 内容記述 | Dispersion Characteristics of a double-layer slot line are described. The results are applied to an evluation of the effect of slot line wavelength upon a thin layer of the adhesive between metal and substrate. It is shown that the presence of the adhesive will cause an increace in wavelength when the dielectric constant of the adhesive is less than that of the substrate. | |||||
