Remote sensing reflectance data from a spectroradiometer and in situ chlorophyll a data from a fluorometer were collected for Lake Abashiri, and SeaWiFS data for Lake Saroma were used. It was found that the chlorophyll a concentration from fluorometer and reflectance from spectroeradiometer lies in exploiting the signal provided by the chlorophyll a red absorption peak near 670nm. 内容記述 | This paper examines a technique for retrieving chlorophyll a concentration by using field spectroradiometer data with fluorometer data and the Sea-viewing Wide Field-of-view Sensor (Sea WiFS) data.
