| 内容記述 | We propose an optimum operation method of a power system under limited supply of primary energy to the thermal power plants. In this investigation, we developed a theory and algorithm which decide the economical load dispatch during a time domain and the optimum start-up and shutdown time of generators. We apply this mehtod to a model system, and discuss its usefulness. | |||||
