内容記述 | In this continued report, the crack propagation for the both directions are evaluated in connection with G^^-/G, the change of the secant lateral elastic coefficient,f%,the increase of the area covered by slip-bands within the microscope-observed field,and others. The conclusion is as follows. 1) hg,the minimum depth of the fatigued layer is obtained numerically from G^^-/G,the change of the secant lateral elastic coefficient obtained experimentally. hg,the most frequent crack depth derived from the direct measurement of the cracks on the cross-section,is less than the above hg,it is reasonable. 2)After a certain stress cycle, there coexist both the tendency of encouraging the superficial propagation due to the increase of the crack depth, and that of interrupting it by the decrease of G_m/G_n. As the influence of the latter is stronger, the cack propagation grows dull after the cycle in question. 3) By the case of the specimens with the banded structures due to the roll-effect,the % area covered by slip-bands, the separate slip-bands being difficult to measure,can stand for the superficial fatigued area, increasing with the fatigue progress and showing a tendency just contrast to the change of G^^-/G which diminishes with it. | |||||
