| 内容記述 | As the nose radius increases，the cutting temperature decreases because it changes the situation of tool and chip contact. If the formation of the tool wear is strongly temperature dependent, win be useful for the improvement of tool life to increase the nose radius. From the experimental results，it has been found out that the tool life of carbide tool is improved in proportion to exp (2.25×10^4/θ)with increase of the nose radius in cutting cast iron，whereθis the cutting temperature. | |||||
