| 内容記述 | Synopsis: The preservation tests of potato slurry and starch slurry were attempted by the use of chemicals. 0f the chemicals added to the slurries, (i) acetic acid, (ii) acetic acid and sodium su1fite and (iii) acetic acid and sulfer dioxide gas were effective for the purpose at the range of pH 4.0 to 5.0. The amylograms of the starch preservated also were determined. | |||||
