| 内容記述 | The determination of the I_3-V, log I_3-1/T. log I_3-√<V>, log I_3/T^2-1/T was performed on the thin film of amorphous selenium. 0n the basis of the results obtained it suggests that electron conduction through thin insulator due to the theory of Shottky Current at the temperature range above 273°K. The value of potential barrier between selenium and aluminum film also was estimated at 0.71eV. | |||||
