The strain of the testing shaft at the both sides of the specimen to evaluate the torque of the both spots, was recorded at adequate numbers of cycle between 10^3 and 10^\u003c5.5\u003e, by comparatively high stress amplitudes, and the temperature of the specimen was recorded continuously for the whole testing period. By putting data thus obtained into the formulas derived analytically prior to the test, fatigue energy and heat produced by each cycle could be quantified. In contrast with the purely abstract concept of fatigue damage F_\u003cN\u0027\u003e \uff08\u03c3, N\u0027\uff09 produced by a cycle, reported previously by T. Nishihara and T.Yamada, the fatigue effect w and the heat emission q produced by a cycle, determined  by the theory and procedure which we postulate in this study, are quantities evaluated experimentally by data gained during the fatigue test.
