First, conceptions of doubly coprime factorization and Youla parameterization of LTI systems are extended to LPV systems with respect to quadratic stability using state space expression. Consequently, parameterization of close-loop systems, which are affine with any quadratically stable Q-parameter, is described. This description enables applying Q-parameter approach to a variety of LPV control system designs.
