 note = {This paper proposes a novel down-converting A-to-D converter (ADC), which consists of an even-harmonic mixer and a delta-sigma modulator. Even harmonic mixers convert twice the LO fequency and do not cause self mixing. Proposed method can eliminate up-conversion mixer. Thus, digitized baseband signal with high accuracy can be directly obtained from analog RF signal. This down-converting ADC adapts to various systems by simply changing local oscillator frequency.},
