従来のNS-FDTD法は等方格子のみでの定義しか行われておらず, 任意のCavity形状を取り扱うには制限が大きい.本論文ではこの制限を取り除くために, NS-FDTD法をより汎用性のある非等方格子へ拡張する.まず, 非等方格子でのFD Laplacianを新たに定義し, その1階差分演算子による分解表示から非等方格子のNS-FDTD計算式を導出する.また, NS-FDTD法で用いるNS-FD法の物理的意味付けを行う.次に, 非等方格子に拡張されたNS-FDTD法を用いて大型Cavityの散乱解析を行い, その有効性を示す.NS-FDTD法の結果は実測値と良好に一致した.その結果,
