A non-stationary\nfrequency analysis to calculate a design rainfall must be performed for a non-stationary rainfall data.\nIn this paper, the Monte Carlo simulation is applied to compare the power of the statistical tests: Student’s t test,\nMann-Kendall test, Mann-Whitney test and bootstrap test to assess the significance of trend and jump for a time\nseries with General Extreme Value distribution.
