Accumulation of geometrically necessary dislocations (GNDs) and statistically stored dislocations (SSDs) are studied in detail. Mutual constraint of grains through the grain boundary plane does not occur in the compatible type tri-crystals, but results of the analysis show non-uniform deformation and high density of GNDs accumulated in the form of band in each grain. Mechanism of non-uniform deformation and accumulation of GNDs in the form of band in the compatible-type tri-crystals is discussed from the viewpoint of multi-body interaction between constituent crystal grains.
