The composite film were characterized by their light transmission, gas permeability and decay of vegetable (spinach, broccoli etc.) freshness. The characterized functions of the films reconfirmed that infrared transmission was reduced by 80% and the permeability of ethylene gas was reduced by 80% of polyethylene film, and vegetable freshness evaluated by respective weight and chlorophyll levels, was found to be maintained for a long period of time in the packaging films.}, pages = {63--71}, title = {無機材料複合食品包装フィルムの鮮度保持機能とキャラクタリゼーション}, volume = {29}, year = {1998} }
