The practical economy of power system operation is considered in this paper by using not only the operating cost but also the income received for the supply of electricity. The optimum operation is scheduled so that it can satisfy the emission constraint and the probability of power supply becomes maximum. Using a model power system, each optimum operation is estimated considering the emission constraint.
