As a typical environmental constraint, we use the NO_x pollution from every thermal generating unit. Our method of calculation uses the LaGrangean function. For power flow estimation, any method can be applied to our method. We show in this report that we can determine the LaGrange’s multipliers for each line capacity as the solution of simultaneous linear equations. Finally, our method is tested by a model power system.
