The device developed thus is able to continuously and simultaneously follow the oscillation behaviour of many gas components within a period of a few seconds. The maximum measuring time of this device is two hours when five different gas components are simultaneously analyzed every second. The A/D converter designed can be used in three concentration ranges of gas ; 0.02-5, 0.2-50 and 2-100%. The new device is applied to the oxidation of carbon monoxide on Pt/SiO_2, and the dynamic behaviour of three reaction gas components, CO_2, O_2 and CO are simultaneously visualized as an oscillation with a period of fifteen seconds and an amplitude of 1.4×10^<-3>atm.}, pages = {177--185}, title = {速い化学応答解析へのパーソナルコンピューターの応用*}, volume = {15}, year = {1984} }
