In it, we allocated transmission losses for every node (load node and generator node) and then, it became that the total power flowed out from generator nodes was less than the total generating output, and transmission loss was made a conservetive estimate. In this paper, we discuss a method of transmission loss allocation which allocates losses only for load nodes.
