However,its hybrid characteristics are worse of other hybrid rings.    There are various methods of broadbanding and one of them is connecting the simple-loop hybrid rings in cascade. There are some ways for connecting in cascade, and as for unit section, a symmetrical simple-loop hybrid ring or an unsymmetrical one can be selected. In this paper are calculated the electrical characteristics of the hybrid circuits composed of two sections in cascade and three sections in cascade.
