The maximum rainfall amount for a month of this basin was recorded at this time. At the Futochanae observatory in the downstream part of the Tokoro river, the water level exceeded the design high-water level 4 times during the flood. Overtoppings of the flow happened at several parts around this area. Collapses of the bank arose in the tributaries of the Tokoro river. The river structures in the basin were damaged heavily. In order to grasp the cause of disaster of structures, observations were conducted from immediately after flood damage occurrence. Each cause of disaster is complicated and there was the necessity of synthesizing and examining the knowledge of not only river engineering. Field observation was conducted and the result which contributes to future disaster prevention was obtained from the viewpoint of river engineering, geotechnical engineering and bridge engineering.}, pages = {31--36}, title = {2016年8月常呂川洪水における構造物等の被災状況調査}, volume = {23}, year = {2017} }
