A commercial personal computer has efficiently been connected to a quadrupole mass spectrometer, to follow the fast chemical oscillation in heterogeneous catalysis as continuously as possible. The device developed thus is able to continuously and simultaneously follow the oscillation behaviour of many gas components within a period of a few seconds. The maximum measuring time of this device is two hours when five different gas components are simultaneously analyzed every second. The A/D converter designed can be used in three concentration ranges of gas ; 0.02-5, 0.2-50 and 2-100%. The new device is applied to the oxidation of carbon monoxide on Pt/SiO_2, and the dynamic behaviour of three reaction gas components, CO_2, O_2 and CO are simultaneously visualized as an oscillation with a period of fifteen seconds and an amplitude of 1.4×10^<-3>atm.
