          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">Amplitude error and phase error in the quadrature measuring signals introduce large measurement error for high frequency polyphase filters. A method without using quadrature signal has been proposed, which is based on the "Superposition Principle" for linear circuits; however, this method aims at single-ended measurements. So that differential measurement in high-frequency range, like RC-polyphase filters, is not well covered with the method. We have extended the method to accorrmodate with high frequency differential measurements by using vector network analyzer(VNA) and differential probes. The proposed method yields much better results compared with conventional methods with a quadrature oscillator.</datacite:description>
