デンプン製造工程におけるスラリー状中間体の薬品処理による保存 The Preservation of Potato Slurry and Starch Slurry in Starch Plant by the Use of Chemicals 伊藤, 昌明 阿部, 和夫 application/pdf Synopsis: The preservation tests of potato slurry and starch slurry were attempted by the use of chemicals. 0f the chemicals added to the slurries, (i) acetic acid, (ii) acetic acid and sodium su1fite and (iii) acetic acid and sulfer dioxide gas were effective for the purpose at the range of pH 4.0 to 5.0.
